I will create a one time workout plan based on your current goals and physical abilities. The road to being healthy and fit is a marathon. The reward of feeling great and moving great will keep you motivated. I believe the body is a single entity and it should be treated as such. I will look at your sleep, hydration, digestion, energy level, and everything in-between.

Training & Qualifications
I am currently studying toward my degree in exercise science. But I have been guiding my coworkers to better their health and fitness for over 6 years.
Senior year in my degree toward exercise science.
I am also ACE certified personal trainer.
Availability & Preferences
I'm in EST (Rhode Island, USA). I'm usually free on weekdays after 4pm.
