This is an extension of my "workout plan for your goals". After I have given you a workout plan. I will be available anytime you have a question regarding certain exercise, food, or anything that's related or unrelated. To be healthy, we have to look at our sleep, stress level, activities, and everything else inbetween. I will make update the workout plans according to how you progress.
Training & Qualifications
BA in exercise science in progress.
Availability & Preferences
Monday-Friday after 5pm-9pm Saturday to Sunday (noon-8pm mostly)
