How to Reduce Joint Pain
Do you have knee pain, lower back pain, or shoulder pain? I can help minor pains or muscle aches! I will give you a series of stretches and movements that proven to help reduce or eliminate your joint. However, these movements will only help you if you do them on a daily basis.
Training & Qualifications
I am currently studying toward my degree in exercise science. But I have been guiding my coworkers to better their health and fitness for over 6 years.
I am also ACE certified personal trainer.
Availability & Preferences
I'm in EST (Rhode Island, USA). I'm usually free on weekdays after 4pm.
