Reduce/eliminate Your Joint Pain
Do you have knee pain, lower back pain, or shoulder pain? I will do a comprehensive exam through questionnaires to help you heal your body through proper breathing, nutrition, sleep, hydration, thinking, movement, and stress management.
A few questions we will explore:
Are you providing your body with proper nutrition that it needs to help you heal and repair your body? The joints need proper nutrition such as collagen and calcium to help aid in keeping the joint healthy.
Are you sleep enough to give you body enough time to heal and recover from daily stress? Lack of proper sleep can increase inflammation in the body, which will contribute to joint pain.
Are you getting enough movements to lubricate your joints so it stays healthy and mobile? Lack of movement can cause joint stiffness and pain.
Are you drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated? Lack of hydration can cause headache, joint pain, constipation, etc.
My goal is to introduce you to the 6 principle of health: breathing, nutrition, sleep, hydration, thinking, and movement. By understanding and applying these principle, your body and mind will become healthier and more vibrant.
