I'm also an administrative assistant and can provide support editing documents, scheduling and coordinating travel, and a host of other skills!

I'm also an excellent non-judgemental listener and life coach. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I won't tell you want to do, but I'm happy to work with you to find solutions and provide insight into what you're going through.

Finally, I'm gluten and dairy free and am happy to help provide guidance, recipes, and support as you transition to a gluten free diet. Beginning a gluten free can be challenging but going gluten free has had such a positive impact on my health and well-being!

In my spare time, I love playing music, camping, hiking, kayaking, spending time with my partner, hanging out with my dogs, goats, and chickens, working in my organic gardening, cooking, baking, working out, and reading.
