In 1999 I had to suddenly decide what I wanted to be when I grew up. I chose the path of psychology but struggled to understand the human mind from the traditional university perspective. So in 2007 I added a unique training in Massage Therapy called Myomassology to my skill set in order to treat the whole person. This increased my awareness of not just the human body but the mind and the spirit as well. Shortly after adopting this new way of helping others I was fortunate enough to begin training in Osteopathic Manual Medicine. This type of hands on pressure release treatment took bodywork to a whole new level! Eventually I went on and gained my Masters in Counseling as well so that I could instruct others in what I had learned and right now I am planning out my PhD program. I now offer Holistic services, looking for health and disease and why the body isn't healing itself, with a mindful attitude with regard to the spirit. I currently work with a team of Osteopathic doctors, nurses and other massage therapists so I spend everyday surrounded by other people who help me stay focused on your health. We are helping reduce pain, and improve healing one patient at a time. You never know how good you can feel!
