Have you recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitively, allergy, or Celiac disease?
Are you looking for recipes, support, encouragement, and someone to talk to about your struggles?
Sessions will be 30 minutes in length.
I was diagnosed as Celiac 4 years ago. Initially, I had a great deal of difficulty going gluten free as I didn't believe it would make a difference in my life. For the first year after my diagnosis, I cheated and often ate gluten and diary. I think if I had someone that was supportive and understanding and helped educate me on the damage that had been done to my body, I'd have been more likely to stop eating gluten and dairy sooner. I understand how hard it can be to give up foods that you enjoy eating.
I can help support you through gluten withdrawal -- things get better, I promise!
Training & Qualifications
I'm Celiac. This means that I am severely allergic to gluten and dairy. I'm also sensitive to corn and soy. Going gluten, dairy, soy, and corn free has changed my life and improved my health. I'm a non-judgemental listener and want to support people who are struggling to make positive change happen in their lives.
