I will share my gluten-free, dairy-free apple coffee cake recipe with you! I adapted the recipe from a few different recipes that I found online. After trial and error, I wrote down my recipe. This is one of my go-to dishes when I have company over and want to impress guests! This cake is sweet, firm (but soft -- a challenge with gluten-free foods) and delicious!
Training & Qualifications
I'm an excellent baker and measure my ingredients, so there's no guesswork in my recipe! I enjoy cooking and sharing healthy food recipes with people! I understand the difficulties that folks have if they are gluten free.
