I walk from 11,000 to 15,000 steps daily. To help you get into the habit, I will be your accountability buddy for 60 days virtually and help you figure out how to come up with the desired amount of steps as we go towards the goal of a consistent 10,000/day while still being able to fulfill your daily tasks. While building the habit, you will find yourself happier and more positive apart from becoming more physically fit.
Training & Qualifications
I walk to keep fit and lose inches. I was able to significantly lower my blood sugar and A1C levels in weeks (no medications but consult your doctor first) and lost 22 lbs. with the help of a strict diet and walking.
