Yes, we exist! Chinese-Filipinos have been in the Philippines centuries-long before the West colonized it. Our cuisine has been infused in the culture - enriching the culinary landscape beyond the ubiquitous stir-fry or the Pinoy adobo. Join me in my kitchen and discover time-tested cooking tips and techniques from two cultures! I will make sure the ingredients are available here in the U.S.
Training & Qualifications
I grew up in a Chinese-Filipino household and learned the skills passed on by my mother, aunts and grandmothers.
