Support while grieving
Grieving can be a very lonely experience. This could be during the loss of a loved one, friend or pet. It could be a major and sudden life change (relocation, job loss, relationship break up, career change, physical injury, health crisis etc.). Basically anything that happens in your life that suddenly changes everything. People tend to say all the wrong things during these times because they are uncomfortable and don't know what to do to make the other person feel better. It is actually more simple than you might think; really listen to them & acknowledge their pain without trying to 'fix' them or convince them not to feel bad. You can also offer to help in practical ways (prepare a meal, take care of chores, run errands etc.) This service is for anyone who is grieving at the moment or would like to learn how to support someone during a time of grief.

I have a lot of personal experience in the area of loss & grieving.
Availability & Preferences
My time is flexible. We can find a time that works for us both.
