I am a Canadian book designer (covers & interiors for print & ebooks) and writer, frisbee thrower/catcher & bread baker! :)

My mission statement for life is: "do as much good as possible and as little harm."

More than anything, I enjoy: personal development, coffee with friends, painting, baking, playing disc golf, Netflix, and reading.

Like many of you, I challenge myself to live a creative and authentic life.

A few years ago I focused my energy and skills and wrote / published a book called The Fun of Baking Bread! which I am proud of because it was a culmination of many of my best skills. The experience helped me see that big goals are reachable if you just take baby steps.

Since then I've gone on to focus my business on helping nonfiction writers (primarily in the areas of conscious business/personal development) transform their nonfiction manuscripts into beautiful sellable books that look amazing, sell, and make the authors proud.
