Personal Training Assessment

The point of this session is to figure out what exercises will work best with your body. Depending on your lifestyle, injuries, and motivation I can pinpoint what things are important to work on or what exercises would work well for you etc.. I want to get to know you and see if you are ready for this journey. I can tell you it is not easy, but I will be by your side every step of the way.
Our session will range from 30-45 minutes depending on how serious you are about achieving your goals.
Here are some things we will cover:
1. Details about yourself.
2. A short health history.
3. Some goals you have set for yourself and how I can help you achieve them
4. Contact exchange with support and guidance throughout your journey.
I will send you a form to fill out prior to our session.

I am a WFA Certified Personal Trainer that focuses on calisthenic and bodyweight exercises.
My expertise is in health and nutrition, and I offer detailed meal plans. I work directly with a health coach to create a plan that really works with your body.
CPR/AED certified
First degree Reiki certified
