Work Out Trainer

I'm looking to get more active and fit. I've taken several work out courses in college, but can't seem to do it on my own. I walk a mile every day (I'm trying to expand this), but I struggle with body work outs like push ups and such. Doing the same thing every day gets boring to me, so I'm looking for someone who can help me design work out plans that fast, fun and different. I want to get into a little crossfit training and in class I loved doing tabata workouts, but i have no idea how to design plans on my own. I have short term and long term goals I want to meet, both in strength training and loosing weight. I'm doing pretty well in my food, I just need an extra kick in the butt for weight training.
