Online Personal Training Session

***Prerequisite - Personal Training Assessment***
This service is completed via skype!
During this online session depending on your goals, experience, and athletic ability (determined in your assessment) I will focus on bodyweight and calisthenic exercises requiring no equipment in the comfort of your own home. If you do have equipment please let me know prior to our session if you would like to use it. Please please please make sure you eat real food and drink WATER at least an hour and a half before our session!
1. Dynamic Warmup: We will warm our bodies up by doing a few simple movements to prevent any injury. Heres our time to set an intention for the workout. (5-8 minutes)
2. Workout: During the workout part of our session I will tell you the exercise, demonstrate it, go over what muscles you are using, and make sure you are using proper form throughout each exercise. (25 minutes)
3. Cardio burn: We will perform a few cardio exercises to focus on burning fat and calories after our initial workout. This is a detrimental part of any workout and missing this fat burning stage is critical even for a lean individual. (8-10 minutes)
4. Static stretching: We will hold a few stretches and take deep breaths that lend your muscles a hand in recovering. This will also help your flexibility, cool you down, and help prevent injuries in the future. (5-10 minutes)

I am a WFA Certified Personal Trainer that focuses on calisthenic and bodyweight exercises.
My expertise is in health and nutrition, and I offer detailed meal plans. I work directly with a health coach to create a plan that really works with your body.
CPR/AED certified
First degree Reiki certified
