Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to improve your PRs or you are training for your first 5k, I can work with you to develop a customized plan to achieve your goals. For those who want more guidance/coaching, I can correspond with you regularly to check in on your progress and help you stay on track.
Training & Qualifications
I have been running competitively for over 12 years. In 2011, I competed in the NCAA Division I Western Regional Championship for Cross Country. I have ran every event from 400 meters to 10 miles, including the steeplechase. For the past 4 years I have trained and competed on my own.
Availability & Preferences
We can talk online, or we can meet up on weekends or during the summer.
