I have been intermitting fasting for about 1.5 years now. I've gained some great health benefit from it. But it can be dangerous if it is done incorrectly and not everyone should fast. I will work with you throughout your fasting journey for 1 week. Fasting is a great tool for health, burning fat is a side effect.

I am currently studying toward my degree in exercise science. But I have been guiding my coworkers to better their health and fitness for over 6 years.
I am also ACE certified personal trainer.
