Squat is a movement, then an exercise. Squats performed correctly is arguably the best exercise for the body for overall strength and health.
How is your bar path?
How is your ankle, hip and shoulder mobility?
Do you know how to brace?
Do you know how to create a short foot?
Are you able to engage your glutes, quads, abs, back, and feet when squatting?
These are a few questions we will go over. Everybody will have a different squat, but certain areas are very similiar.
How I will assess your squat?
Ideally, I would like you to take a video of you squatting on three different view points (front, side, back).
