Whether you are looking to cut somethin down, punch something up, or just get a second opinion, getting a fresh pair of eyes on your work can make a huge difference. Sometimes just hearing someone else's thoughts can awaken new ideas and help you revisit your story with new priorities, even if you don't actually take a single note.
I will read your script or screenplay and give thorough written feedback which we can discuss via email, Skype, or phone. You can submit from any stage of the process or any level of experience: I will read the tenth draft of your first script or the first draft of your tenth script.
If you have never had a stranger read your material before, this is a great way to jump that hurdle in a safe, constructive, and low-stakes environment.
Please keep in mind at the end of the day the decision is yours to accept or deny anything I suggest, but any criticisms given are in the pursuit of a good story.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's degree in theatre performance and a minor focusing on screenwriting. I have written scripts for stage and screen participated in a few writing groups. I also have some experience with screenplay coverage. I am not a professional writer, just someone who loves writing and believes in helping my peers get comfortable and grow.
