I am a AZ local with a passion for theatre, fashion, and leadership. I'm also a self proclaimed foodie. Currently, I am a manager for Target and a Master Instructor at the Mesa Arts Center with a focus on acting and improvisation. I also run a plus size fashion blog called borntoeatcupcakes.com ! I am married to an amazing man and together we share two dogs! Their names are Bear and Ginny, and they are both rescues. Bear is an Anatolian Shepard mix and Ginny is a Dalmatian mix. I am pretty obsessed with them. :)

I love to cook anything and everything! I am currently on weight watchers with my husband, so right now, I am focusing on healthier recipes that are low on points. Crock pot meals are a must because I am always on the go, and I love to come home to a yummy smelling house and meal!

My mom is an professional artist, so I grew up traveling every weekend with her to sell her art at art shows. We lived a very bohemian life style which is one of the reasons why Simbi excites me so much!

I love any reason to celebrate, so birthdays have always been a big deal to me.

I went to Northern Arizona University for college and it made me fall in love with Flagstaff! I miss it so much.

Fruit bats are my favorite animal ( I know, I'm a weirdo).

I absolutely adore the Harry Potter series. I grew up with Harry, so not only is it nostalgic, but I just love the books and movies.
