Need a second opinion on your poem, short story, chapter of a novel or memoir piece? I will offer an honest critique, tell you what I think is working and what I think needs fixing, and if you like, what I think could be added, just based on my opinion. Getting a second opinion might be just what you need to see your work more objectively!
I'll workshop a work of up to ten pages in length, although we can negotiate if it's longer than that. If it's a novel chapter, please provide context.
Training & Qualifications
I have an MFA in Creative Writing, have written and published one novel, and have taken goodness knows how many workshop classes getting that aforementioned degree. Though my main expertise is fiction I've been in poetry and non-fiction workshop classes too.
