My Armenia Dream Trip Itinerary

10

10 per unit - Virtual OK - Posted Oct 23, 2016

After having volunteered in Armenia for half a year, I have a dream trip in mind for when I return. I'm going to hit all of my favorite spots in Armenia and neighboring Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as visit some places I've still never been to. I plan to first fly into the capital of Yerevan, and after staying for a few days make a loop around the whole country going toward the southern border, then back up north into Nagorno-Karabakh, then past Lake Sevan in the east, through the Tavush, Lori and Shirak provinces in the north before going back south again toward Yerevan. I plan to see and do things that are outside of what most tourists to the country would normally get a chance to see, do or even know about.

For a small price, I'll give you all the fine details of this dream trip in case you'd like to do it too! I already know the restaurants I want to eat at, the hotels or Bed and Breakfasts I want to stay at, the things I want to do and the sights I want to see, all of which I can recommend to you. All you need to do is adjust it for how long your trip is going to be. Rather than pay a travel agent, take it from someone who's been around in the country quite a bit, loved it and can't wait to return!

I'll be sending it to you as a docx file, if you need it in a different format let me know; I can also just copy and paste it into a message, but it will be quite large.

Temporary note: I'm going to be writing this out tonight and tomorrow, so give it a bit of time, I'll have it to you soon.

Training & Qualifications

When I volunteered to do internships in Armenia I traveled quite extensively on the weekends, and have been all over the country. I know what I want to see again, and what I didn't get to see but want to next time.

Availability & Preferences

Just about any time.

Trading Preference: I prefer being paid in simbi

5.0 out of 5 stars Deeply moving - a future classic. ByLouise J. Haddawayon April 19, 2017 Format: Kindle Edition Deeply moving, thoughtful recounting... of the trials of war overtaking a young boy and his friends in an orphanage in Armenia. A clear rendition in clear and concise voice that both brings you into the past of a harsh survival, and the joys and innocence of a young boy. Finished the book longing for more, and with a lump in my throat and my heart full of sorrow. Won't give it away, but this is a book that will become a classic in understanding the costs of war on the innocent.show more

About Suren Oganessian

My name's Suren Oganessian (a nice unique name I inherited from my grandfather), and I'm an up-and-coming indy novelist with one book out and many more to come soon! I was born in California but have ...been forced to immigrate to Florida in pursuit of the American dream (i.e. affordable housing, gas, everything), although I feel that my heart truly belongs in Armenia, and I volunteered there for six months back in 2015. I have a Master's degree in Creative Writing and the debt to prove it, making Simbi just the kind of place for me.show more
