Let me provide some cookie recipes straight from the 1890 "Mrs. Owen's Cook Book". Or how about a classic chocolate cake recipe from the 1940s? I can't promise your recipe will come out perfectly but it will come directly from the original source + I'll include any helpful tips if I have made the recipe before myself. I'll include oven temps for the Victorian recipes because the actual recipe will only tell you to either use a hot or cool oven!
I have colonial, Victorian, Edwardian, 1920s-30s (depression era recipes included), and all the 1940s-50s classic recipes.
