About Jessa Fae

I love to help people out. I specialise in special food needs (gluten-free, diabetic friendly, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, food allergies, etc) and can adapt just about any recipe to fit your preferences or needs. I mostly work with baked goods and desserts, but I can work with just about any recipe. I also can find nearly any obscure recipe that you may be looking for.

I live in the middle of Appalachia in a 200 square foot tiny home that used to be a one car garage, with my husband and our five cats. I have several chronic illnesses that affect my life greatly, so please understand if I don't respond for long periods of time. I also document my life on YouTube, both the illness and non-illness parts. It's not really a "channel" as much as it is just me recording things so my family will have videos when I'm gone.
