I will listen to your wellness goals and needs, and come up with a list of at least 5 recommendations and 10 resources for you to work towards meeting your goals. Examples include assistance in trying to lose weight, addressing spirital and mental health, reducing prescription medication, having a healthy pregnancy, reducing period pain, figuring out food issues, etc. I will communicate with you via email and will be happy to help!
Training & Qualifications
I am trained as a nursing assistant and doula and have a pre-med degree. I have experience overcoming my own health challenges and am a holistic health fanatic!
