Training & Qualifications
I currently run my own business helping new and emerging nonprofits become grant ready and find funding opportunities. Before certifying in Grant Writing for Profit and Non-Profit Entities in 2014, my business focused on virtual administration tasks for a variety of clients. In combination with my work experience, I honed my research and academic writing skills earning my B.A. in Psychology.
I live and work in a variety of environments where opportunities for persuasive and/or comprehensive communication is key. I am conversationally fluid in ASL. I am certified by Internal Revenue Service to complete individual tax returns for the VITA and TCE programs. I am also ServSafe certified in food preparation and safety.
