Hi there! My name is Natalee.

I'm originally from the island of Jamaica and have been living in New York for the past several years. I'm a Life Coach trained in the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life philosophy of Louise Hay, a Somatic (or body-awareness) Healing Practitioner, and a Birth Doula.

If you sense that you're holding emotional pain or trauma from past experiences in your body, my work supports you in releasing them so they're no longer interfering with joyful relationships, your career, your health, your creativity, or anything else you want to call into your life.

I also love inspiring people and reminding them of their power—something I do a lot of when supporting women/birthing people in bringing their babies into the world.
