We can set up a goal, something that you need a bit more support with, whether it be for exercising, cleaning off your desk, unpacking those boxes you moved with and kept stored in the attic/garage, writing your next chapter, or anything. : )
Then, we can touch base at specified dates/times to see how much was accomplished, and possibly set a new goal. : )
We can communicate on Simbi, via email, text, or phone...whatever works best.
Appointments for phone calls after 430 on weekdays, until 9 or 10 pm EST, though I am a night owl, so later could be arranged. Weekends are generally open from late morning to early evening.
If you prefer texting or simbi messaging, I am nearly always available.
This can be done daily, weekly, or monthly for longer projects.
(The simbi rate is for one week, 1-2 check ins per week, after goal setting. We can discuss rates for daily or longer range check ins.)
Training & Qualifications
I am very, very busy, between my FT job, PT business, and home life. : )
So I recognize that focused time on selected tasks, and a bit of accountability, can be more productive than just having a to-do list that gets interrupted or is too easily put aside.
