Dating Advice from My Cat
5
I have an opinionated, orange tabby cat named Misa. I have also been referred to as a "date-aholic". Is this an accurate statement? If you feel like 2 Tinder dates, one impromptu drink with a stranger you met in the doctor's office , and over-chatting a guy in the canned food aisle too much for one week, then sure. Regardless, my naturally extroverted nature had lead me to many a date, and my cat is the one person who has gotten the pleasure of hearing all about them.
As much flack as cats get, they really do care. Misa is tired of watching us humans fail time and time again with our dating lives, so she is now offering her service to the internet masses. She practically insisted.
As we all know, cats lack thumbs and the dexterity needed to type. As many times as she has tried to walk across my computer keyboard, she has been unable to communicate in this method. So, I will act as her conduit - ask her all about your dating woes and she will give you advice.
Training & Qualifications
Misa has spent her11 years of existence eating, sleeping, and watching my dating life unravel before her eyes. She has gleaned insight that only a habitual third party could ever expect to gather. I didn't believe her wisdom at first. "You shouldn't swipe right on that guy", "This guy is obviously a tool", and "Show some self respect" are things she harped on many times as a donned my go-to, first date attire. Finally, after much nagging, I decided to listen to her. And guess what? That furry little know-it-all got me a date with a class act guy. And now much to my surprise, I have left the single life and entered the unknown terrain of a relationship (which Misa also thinks she understands as well).
Availability & Preferences
Outside of the hours that she is eating her daily can of Fancy Feast, Misa is otherwise available to offer her dating wisdom.
