Organic ruby sauerkraut + lesson!
I will give you a jar's worth of delicious Ruby colored sauerkraut made from Organic purple cabbage and I'll explain how to make it.
Ruby sauerkraut isn't like the standard white sauerkraut it is sweeter and a favorite for those new to fermenting because it's just so darn good and easy to make!
Our culture is a wild lacto-basillus culture from an local organic carrot farm. Rumor says soil culutres can produce the difficult to aquire B12. But we have no way to prove it. We've had this culture brewing for several years now so we're excited to finally share it!
Since we need to use real money to aquire the materials please bring your own jar or be willing to pay an extra 5 Simbi.
To fill your jar we can do 5 Simbi a cup. Or if you bring a 4 cup wide-mouth mason jar we can trade cups for 15 Simbi.
Training & Qualifications
I've been brewing and fermenting food and beverages since year 2000. I took microbiology in my undergrad and have a good understanding of the chemical processes involved with fermenting foods.
