Group Vinyasa Yoga Class
I can offer a 60 minute Vinyasa yoga class at a workplace or public park. My classes focus on connecting mind and body through the use of a flow sequence. They begin with a brief meditation/warm-up period (approx. fifteen minutes), vigorous movement holding poses for between 1-3 breaths (approx. thirty minutes), followed by a cool down period/yin yoga (approx. fifteen minutes). I will bring a custom music playlist (will need speakers to connect my iPhone to). I teach in the style of Yoga to the People. Classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced yoga students alike!
Training & Qualifications
I a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa instructor with 200+ hour of training and experience teaching in both private (yoga studios) and public spaces (parks/co-ops/parties).
Availability & Preferences
I am available during the early morning/day Saturday and Sunday. Prefer Berkeley or East Bay location.
