About Adam Sommer
I am happy to offer what I can to the community and am excited to learn from others. I have a wide variety of interests from Aikido to Zumba. When I learn something new, I look for the lessons that apply to other areas of my life. When I teach, I use metaphors. I am most interested in teaching and learning about improv comedy, contact (dance) improv, basketball, aikdo, chess, yoga, healthy living, website/app design.
