In this open-eye meditation I will guide you into a state of surrender and expansion before taking you on a multi-dimensional journey through the universe around you and within you.
We can explore scopes of reality, your chakras, the elements - the sky is the limit. You will come out feeling expansive and energized while also relaxed and peaceful.

I am a certified body/energy worker and professional coach.
I've been immersed in leading this unique meditation experience for the last 4 years with individuals, couples and in groups.
