A lot of time we feel stuck in our lives because we've got energy blocks in our lower chakras that prevent our energy from manifesting into the higher chakras of unconditional love (heart), creative expression (throat), intuition (third eye) or spiritual connection (crown). These blocks can be in the body, our prana/chi, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature - coming from trauma, abuse, repression, shame, guilt or other ways.
We discuss your particular needs to best suit the session to you, and then; using a blend of ayurvedic massage, pressure points, energy work and other techniques; I help release blockages and sublimate the energy upward through the body. This leads to free expression and a more balanced energy profile.
Ideally, the massage session takes 2-2.5 hours, but I can customize a shorter massage as well.
