My purpose is empowerment. As a coach, offering 1:1 coaching and workshops, I help people who are dissatisfied with where they’re at, know they have a purpose but are stuck figuring out what it is, or struggle with a lack of confidence and a knowledge that they are allowing fear to hold them back. I guide people through the journey of finding clarity of what they want to be, understand and manage their own self-talk to find confidence and resilience, and discover just how awesome they can truly be.

I love coaching individuals, delivering group workshops in collaboration with amazing colleagues, and building innovate, immersive experiences such as the “Walk in their Shoes” experience where tech workers had a firsthand experience of bias, and learned how they and others experience bias directed at them, and how invisible bias can be to those who are not the recipient.

I am trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and currently in the process of securing certification, and am a LUMA facilitator.
