I am a professional makeup artist, makeup instructor, and health coach. In the makeup industry since 2011, I decided that I couldn't just help people physically, I want to make an impact from the inside out! This year I obtained a certification in Health and Nutrition Coaching. I have taught makeup artistry, health and wellness workshops, and am currently delving into 1- on-1 health coaching. In the future I would like to specialize in exercise and nutrition programs for adults with ADHD, as this is something I have struggled with, and I know it can make sustaining goals a challenge.
