Weekly Meal Prep
I will provide you with a 30 minute Skype session where we will discuss how many meals you require, when you require them, what your dietary restrictions are, and the type of food you enjoy. Don't worry, if you don't have access to Skype, this part can be done through email as well. Once I have come up with a shopping list, I will email it to you and we'll set up a time to meet. My services include but are not limited to preparing food to be cooked (chopping, marinating, slicing), assembling the uncooked meal and freezing so it may be cooked later, starting meals (oven or crockpot) so you can finish them, or cooling and freezing meals so that all you have to do is pop them in the microwave or oven.
My experience with diets includes but is not limited to gluten free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, whole30, organic, low carb, low sugar and low fat.
Note: you will do the shopping. I will only be prepping meals.
Training & Qualifications
I am ServSafe certified, have worked in restaurant kitchens, went to culinary school and posses my food handlers permit. I also well versed in food borne illness and I know how to practice sanitary cooking habits.
