I will provide an expert analysis of a small (less than 20 page) website, based on 2 central goals (newsletter signup, buying a product, etc.) and give you a set of screen shots and recommendations divided into:
nits - quick fixes like spelling and grammatical errors
nows - relatively easy rearrangements or rewording that will help your visitors succeed
nexts - long term structural or organizational changes that will improve the visitor experience
Training & Qualifications
I conduct usability analysis for large and small businesses, making sure the the user's story on a site or in an application is streamlined, positive, and successful for both the user and the business. I've done work on medical, industrial, and financial applications that are in use at hospitals, poison control centers, insurance agents, and retail stores around the world. I can include special issues like cultural integration and Section 508 compliance as needed.
