There are two sides to my skill set: user-centered design and story facilitation.

I help businesses and organizations with their websites, online applications and virtual communities, through user-centered design practices. In most cases, small changes can make a huge difference in the engagement of users and potential customers.

For a long time, I thought that technology was separate from, and perhaps antithetical to, connections with people. But I now love finding ways to make those connections, tell those stories, strengthen those bonds. Technology has tremendous potential to strengthen our humanity, if we know how to use it.

'Storytilling' is the act of unearthing, cultivating, and guiding stories. Whether the story is about a product, a user, an organization, or an individual, I help make sure the story is being told is authentic, accurate, and insightful.
