I can help you develop your program idea (if you're an aspiring entrepreneur) or flesh out an existing program. Each program's needs will be different, but I have training in:
* Developing your program's mission and vision statements
* Lining up your program's resources and objectives with activities
* Designing ways to measure how well your program is doing
* Getting access to research surrounding whatever your program is trying to accomplish
* Coaching you through in personal barriers that come up in program development
I would tailor the session to where your program is in its development and what you feel it needs.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Master's in Program Evaluation and have had one job as an evaluation consultant for a nonprofit. I am also a certified Executive Coach.
