I am semi-fluent in Spanish, advanced in German, and speak conversational French. I want to keep up these abilities and would love people to talk to!!! Preferably no more than one level above or below, though.
Training & Qualifications
Spanish: Spanish-speaking elementary school, classes through high school, spent 8 months in Ecuador.
German: classes throughout college, ended up getting a minor in it. Studied abroad in Germany.
French: classes in high school and one year of college.
Mandarin: ridiculously basic

Rae is awesome! Though we had a bit of miscommunication at the start, I had such a great time talking to her when we finally chatted! She is such a gr...eat conversationalist, and she just jumped right in to our language exchange. We were good matches on our language levels, and we tried 3 different languages on our first session. Rae taught me a whole bunch of Spanish, and she always looks up stuff that she's unsure about so that we both learn. She was super patient with my struggle in Spanish since I was a novice, and she slowed right down and asked interesting questions. We also tried French and Mandarin, where I was at a slightly higher level. I had fun, and I would do this again!show more
