I'm a good listener and I enjoy sharing my experiences and even advice. I think many people don't feel listened to or have someone they can go to without judgement. I'm happy to be that for someone. Normally I provide a mix of listening to what the person has to say, encouraging them to come to their own conclusions, and giving advice or sharing my experience as needed.
Some people have an idea in mind if how I can best help them, I.e. Just let them process out loud, or give my opinion. That is ok, as I respect someone who knows the best way they can be helped. Above all, I am here for you as a support, in whatever way is best for you.
Training & Qualifications
I've always been naturally intuitive, empathetic, and tuned in. I've gone to school for psychology and have some formal and informal training. I care deeply for people and love helping.
Availability & Preferences
I tend to have most free time Wednesday afternoon and evenings and weekend evenings. It varies, so just contact me.
