I am a jack of all trades based out of Chicago. I am professionally occupied with playing bass guitar, project management of large business operations, lighting design, and event production.
In my spare time I have spent a significant amount of time constructing building-sized interactive art sculptures as well as mastering cooking techniques from a variety of international cuisine styles.

Mike was very amicable, easy to talk to, a great listener, and good company. He responded quickly to my messages, and he showed up on time. It's clea...r that he's very passionate about cooking; he is definitely an artist and has a great grasp of flavor. I learned a lot from watching him prepare the meal.
The meal he made was incredible and i had enough for 3 days worth of meals. I would really recommend Mike to anyone. show more
