Greetings! I am a computer scientist with a passion for game development, video production, and helping others learn to program and create.

I'm currently in school for my CS (computer science) degree, with plans to graduate by next year. I'm currently developing a video game, growing my YouTube channel, and enjoying being a parent and watching my two kids grow up and experience the wonder of life. I've been programming for about 5 years, and developing games just as long. As soon as I realized that game development wasn't a mystical art that only the chosen few could learn, I began brushing up my skills and trying out new ideas.

I also love technology, in pretty much all of its forms. Computers have always fascinated me, and I began tinkering with desktops at a very young age, and learning how different forms of tech worked all the time. I also enjoy video production, both making small films for fun, and doing professional event recording, like for weddings and concerts. My primary summer job is working for Steady State Studios, a video/photo company located in the Portland area, owned by my brother. It leads to some awesome experiences, like getting to film a wedding at the top of mount hood, or experiencing the varying cultures and traditions in relation to getting married.
