Consider me your tech liaison. I am here to ensure your experience as a computer user is as smooth and free-flowing as possible.

Most of my services involve troubleshooting systems through remote access, and removing malware plaguing PCs. Physical handling of computers is also preformed but due to distance may prove difficult. I also acquisition software for personal use as well as preform data backups.

Other services I offer involve acquiring software for users' personal use, preforming diagnostic and troubleshooting (health inspections), benchmark and performance tests, data backup and restoration, setting up automated backups, and even creating a localized network for your home or small business.

A majority of my services are preformed through remote access, allowing you to sit back in the comfort of your home while I work. I use secure software that puts you in control of what I do and where (e.g. should you see something I am doing you do not like, there is a kill switch to disconnect me. Upon disconnection, the four digit access code is changed and I cannot get back in until given the new code).

I also do physical maintenance however that is usually reserved for people within travel distance and there are travel charges involved depending on the distance. However as an alternative, if the issue is physical, I can walk you through it step-by-step (only if the device needs to be off).

I am compulsive and obsessive about ensuring my work is quality. As such I also preform free follow-ups to ensure what I've done has enhanced your user experience. If something goes wrong I fix it for free.
