I've helped thousands of people get started with a ketogenic diet. I love sharing this knowledge and demystifying the experience.
I'll give you 20 minutes of my time over Skype, Google Hangouts, or email to answer as many questions as you have about getting started, what the first 10-14 days feel like, and lots more.

Training & Qualifications
I have been on variations of ketogenic diets for over a decade, and have coached and trained others for fitness competitions. Clients have included powerlifters, circus performers, weekend warriors, kink models, and beach babes.
I cofounded a diet/fitness company in 2012 and we made a podcast called Biojacked that is still in iTunes. Check out any of the first 10 episodes for a foundation of who I am and what our approach is about.
