I will take you where you are at, in terms of your diet and fitness level, and lead you to the next level following a ketogenic diet, with aspects of paleo, intermittent fasting, and carb cycling IF they are appropriate for you.
If you're a total beginner at dieting, I will be ecstatic to help you start.
If you want to cut fat while keeping your strength -- even putting on lean mass while you lean out -- I can help you do that.
If you're interested in intermittent fasting, I know all about the lengths of time that will work for you depending on your gender and type of exercise.
I will make recommendations and you can shoot them down if they don't work for you -- we'll brainstorm until we have a diet plan that you can confidently follow.
Training & Qualifications
I have been on variations of ketogenic diets for over a decade, and have coached and trained others for fitness competitions. Clients have included powerlifters, circus performers, weekend warriors, kink models, and beach babes.
I cofounded a diet/fitness company in 2012 and we made a podcast called Biojacked that is still in iTunes. Check out any of the first 10 episodes for a foundation of who I am and what our approach is about.
