This phone or video chat based consult is for *beginners* wanting a detailed, personalized introduction to Paleo dieting.

Are you thinking of switching to a Paleo diet and want to be better informed about how it will affect YOU?

Your success with any diet depends on how well you choose a plan that fits you personally -- and it's not just about how many calories you need per day. You need to know that your diet fits your activity level, your lifestyle, and your relative ability to "shift gears" as you adopt this new approach to eating.

I can give you highly personalized help in figuring out:

* First (important!) whether a Paleo diet is appropriate for you.
* How to get started, whether you're more of a "cold turkey" dieter or want to make gradual changes in your lifestyle.
* How the Paleo diet will most likely affect YOUR body depending on how you exercise, your age, gender, and other factors.
* Potential risks in adopting a strict (no-cheat) Paleo diet.
* What you may have to modify or supplement to get all the nutrients your body needs.
* Tips on replacing your favorite foods (e.g. bread-based sandwiches).
* Ideal macros (fat, protein, carbohydrates) for YOUR activity levels and your specific body goals (e.g. getting lean).

Additional topics depending on interest and appropriateness may include:

* Intermittent Fasting (IF)
* the Warrior Diet
* preventing food coma
* ketogenic (low carb) approaches
* solving Willpower problems

In your proposal, please let me know what type of diet you currently follow -- vegetarian? Standard American Diet? Mediterranean? -- and what your GOALS are.

I am available by Skype, Google Hangout, and phone. I'm fun to talk to and I love getting to know new people. :)

I coach athletes, techies, weekend warriors, desk jockeys, artists, and digital nomads on using a Paleo and/or ketogenic diet approach to getting lean, healthy, and fit. I also practice what I preach, and I am extremely skilled at personalization.
