* How to get started, whether you're more of a "cold turkey" dieter or want to make gradual changes in your lifestyle.
* How the Paleo diet will most likely affect YOUR body depending on how you exercise, your age, gender, and other factors.
* Potential risks in adopting a strict (no-cheat) Paleo diet.
* What you may have to modify or supplement to get all the nutrients your body needs.
* Tips on replacing your favorite foods (e.g. bread-based sandwiches).
* Ideal macros (fat, protein, carbohydrates) for YOUR activity levels and your specific body goals (e.g. getting lean).
