I'm an eclectic individual, a good listener, with a deep level of experience helping people get unstuck in some aspect of their life - inner or outer - or their team.

As well as being medically trained and having worked in NHS psychiatry over 12 years, I help adults let go of emotional baggage through 1:1 emotional breakthrough work. I qualified in this approach as an accredited Journey Therapist in 2002. So, I'm experienced with both the medical model and non-pharmaceutical ways of moving through difficult times, whether depression, anxiety, and so forth.

I also love to look at the bigger picture, at what the context is within which something takes shape. So, I'm passionate about Permaculture Design (designing human systems based on principles in nature - nature is sustainable and resilient, so we take take a leaf from it!).

I've also got experience in conscious group work, facilitating groups or teams to overcome stuckness or conflict.
