I love helping people identify and make the changes they want in their personal or professional lives. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist with an emphasis on creating health and wellness and improving communication skills. Hypnotherapy, guided journeys, and coaching are all vehicles through which I can help people get to their destination. In some cases, the process will help an individual identify what their goal or destination is if they are not sure.
In addition, I am a Certified Whole Health Educator and Coach, taking a big-picture approach to health and wellness. By considering five aspects - physical, emotional, nutritional, environmental, and spiritual (beliefs) - every person can find an avenue to create greater health and wellness. This approach is client driven and is combined with user-friendly, evidence-based information. In addition, I am currently studying Applied Functional Medicine which looks at finding root causes to prevent and reverse diseases and conditions.
In my personal journey, I am in the process of healing from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome through which I have learned a lot. No matter where we are on the illness-wellness continuum, we can always move in the direction of high-level wellness. I have already gone from being pre-diabetic to having normal blood sugar and insulin levels.
I enjoy connecting with others and exchanging services so that we can help each other where ever we are on our individual paths. I also love learning new things and increasing my awareness.
I am generally available from 10-3 EST. I prefer to use Skype or Facetime for sessions but will also work by phone.
