Private Sound Healing session
I am offering private sound healing sessions in Berkeley.
A typical session lasts about one hour. We’ll start by opening your internal vibration with simple breathing and vocal exercises. This will help you to be fully present in the session as well as prepare your body and mind to receive the outer vibrations in more profound way.
You may want to choose an specific intention for the session or you might just want to relax and let the sounds guide you where you need to go.
I will surround you with various sounds using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes, chimes, tuning forks, voice and any other sounds necessary to support your journey towards harmony in your physical, emotional and spiritual body. The session ends with a short discussion/feedback.

Availability & Preferences
I am usually available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm, Thursday 4 - 7 pm and Friday 10 am - 4 pm. Some openings also during the weekends.

Hi everyone! I worked almost 20 years around the world in a global high tech industry. Few years ago, I found my passion in life, started my own business and took the step to follow it through. I have... never looked back. I work with sound vibration and particularly how that vibration affects us in everyday life and how we can use it in a way to support our wellbeing. I'm excited about finding simple practices that can be done every day without necessarily committing extra time for doing them (such as meditating while commuting on a public transit to work or breathing exercises while driving).
